This weekend By Design Catering was at The Tringali Barn with The Perfect Pour for the Rulan International Christmas party!! Feeding 260 guests fresh, hot, quality food takes a lot of logistics at a barn venue! Marshall O. Peters killed it! He cooked prime rib to a perfect mid rare, chicken, fish, Mashed Potatoes, and vegetables all from raw ingredients our mobile outdoor kitchen buildout. Bless our dishwashers! They had an outdoor dish pit for 260 China place settings and a crab boil pot for hot water! You don't have to sacrifice quality, ever. If they tell you it can't be done, call on us.
