We have new prices….
All day Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday or Friday $200
All day Saturday or Sunday $385
Table and chair covers (both black and white are available) $80 to rent
All weekend Friday, Saturday and Sunday $800 which includes table and chair covers. This is great for rehearsal and rehearsal dinner, wedding and reception with Sunday for clean up.

There is a special 5 hour rental that is $155. This rental includes from the time you enter to decorate until you leave after clean up. The caveat with this rental is that it can not be booked more than 2 months in advance.

A $50 security deposit is required upon booking of your event, this will be returned after the event given there is no damage to the venue. Your reservation is locked in once the security deposit is received. The full amount is due 4 weeks prior to your event. All taxes are included in the pricing.

Your rental includes the entire facility (basement included), ac, bathrooms on both levels, oven, stove, 3 bay sink, ice maker, crockpots, electric roasters, Bluetooth speaker, and serving utensils.
