👉👉Here is what you need to know:
We will be using the same two streets that we always use for the Market. If you do not know where this is please just go to town square, I will be there to guide you. You will need to unload then park in the golf club parking lot or along the streets throughout town square.

👉👉NOTE:
This is an OUTDOOR event. We do not have access to any indoor locations so please keep that in mind. All spaces are first come, first serve, HOWEVER YOU MUST CHECK IN WITH ME BEFORE YOU SET UP TO MAKE SURE THAT SPOT ISN'T BEING USED FOR SOMETHING ELSE. Please provide your own tables, chairs, tents, etc. Please tie or weight your tents down! Unfortunately, there is NO electricity available for this event. I suggest if you need power to bring your own generator.

👉👉Restrooms:
Restrooms are located at the Golf Clubhouse near the parking lot. You will enter through the side door, the front is locked.

👉👉Payment:
The fee for this event is $30 per space. YOU MUST PAY AT CHECK IN SO PLEASE HAVE YOUR PAYMENT READY UPON ARRIVAL. We accept cash, check made payable to Southern Touch Weddings & Events, Venmo or Zelle 407-709-0187.

👉👉Trash:
Each vendor is responsible for their own trash!!! DO NOT put your trash in the garbage cans around the Square. If needed bring your own trash bags please. DO NOT leave your trash bags in the street, there is no one to pick it up but me and I have no where to take it.

👉👉Set-up:
You may begin set-up as early as 6:30am and you MUST be ready by 9:45am. If you need special arrangements, please call or text me at 407-709-0187. Unloading seems to be an issue! If you are driving up to your spot to unload, you only have FIVE minutes to unload, then leave your space and go park! Please do NOT block traffic!!!

Harmony Sunday Market

We had a wonderful Harmony Sunday Market yesterday!! We had so many NEW vendors, some first time to Harmony, some first time ever doing a show!! This was the most amount of vendors I've had yo date & am so grateful! I will tell you...organizing a Market is not easy. Advertising for vendors, replying to all the phone calls, texts, FB or IG messages, emails, facebook comments, answering questions, dealing with last minute add ons or cancelations, coordinating entertainment, finding food trucks and making sure they have proper licensing, and then trying to make sure that people come...is alot of work!!! It's almost a full time job, especially as it gets closer to the date. AND as many of you know, I am already very busy with my own business, busier than I've ever been...but I love doing the community events so I'm not ready to give it up lol. I know I make mistakes, may not always reply to email or text quickly or totslly miss it, and I don't always think about everything, my brain never gets a break lol. I promise I will have signs out for the next one, I do know that is very important. I did order them but just didn't get them back yet. I ordered a bunch of sponsor signs too so they were not ready. Also I know people want produce. I did have someone but unfortunately they had to cancel due to staffing issues, that i can't control. Please anytime feel free to text me at 407-709-0187 with any ideas or recommendations, I definitely don't know everything 🤣. Anyways lol...BIG thank you to: 👉The amazing DJ Glen!! 👉Face Painting by Erika 👉Bounce Houses - Muriel's Bouncy Fun (Unfortunately they were having issues with the power...there are only two plugs that work in all of townsquare so they kept tripping) Thank you to our fantastic STAGE PERFORMERS, this was such a great addition to the market I loved it! 💪Leading Fitness (sit'n get fit) 💃Moonight Dance 🏈Cheerleaders (Harmony Youth Football & Cheer) 💃All Star Dance 🩰Encore Dance St
