๐๐Here is what you need to know:
We will be using the same two streets that we always use for the Market. If you do not know where this is please just go to town square, I will be there to guide you. You will need to unload then park in the golf club parking lot or along the streets throughout town square.
๐๐NOTE:
This is an OUTDOOR event. We do not have access to any indoor locations so please keep that in mind. All spaces are first come, first serve, HOWEVER YOU MUST CHECK IN WITH ME BEFORE YOU SET UP TO MAKE SURE THAT SPOT ISN'T BEING USED FOR SOMETHING ELSE. Please provide your own tables, chairs, tents, etc. Please tie or weight your tents down! Unfortunately, there is NO electricity available for this event. I suggest if you need power to bring your own generator.
๐๐Restrooms:
Restrooms are located at the Golf Clubhouse near the parking lot. You will enter through the side door, the front is locked.
๐๐Payment:
The fee for this event is $30 per space. YOU MUST PAY AT CHECK IN SO PLEASE HAVE YOUR PAYMENT READY UPON ARRIVAL. We accept cash, check made payable to Southern Touch Weddings & Events, Venmo or Zelle 407-709-0187.
๐๐Trash:
Each vendor is responsible for their own trash!!! DO NOT put your trash in the garbage cans around the Square. If needed bring your own trash bags please. DO NOT leave your trash bags in the street, there is no one to pick it up but me and I have no where to take it.
๐๐Set-up:
You may begin set-up as early as 6:30am and you MUST be ready by 9:45am. If you need special arrangements, please call or text me at 407-709-0187. Unloading seems to be an issue! If you are driving up to your spot to unload, you only have FIVE minutes to unload, then leave your space and go park! Please do NOT block traffic!!!
