It's been a gorgeous day at the farm.

We can't wait to see the photos from the Mommy & Me mini shoots Gabby Girdner Photography did this afternoon. Jennifer with Southern Touch Weddings & Events did an amazing job setting the scene. So many beautiful families came through to create timeless memories.

Now to enjoy the sunset over the south pasture. ❤️D

We just want to say THANK YOU to all of you who support us by recommending us to your family and friends. We will always give them our best effort. This past weekend was very busy for us with a wedding on Saturday and a Birthday Brunch on Sunday. Just the response from these events and all of you sharing and commenting has created so much interest... we are humbled and amazed. As a result...I just finished a tour with a couple who plan to be married here. They left with big smiles. This makes my ❤️ smile. I will be answering a ton of emails and messages later this evening. Thank you again! ❤️D

What an incredible Birthday Brunch! These ladies know how to celebrate! The orange citrus theme was beautiful on a sunny morning at the farm. The cakes created by Baked by SJ were unbelievable... one for each table centerpiece. The brunch served by Wine & Dine US was as delicious as it looked. Live music by the Administration Band was the perfect background sound. Yummy, fruity mimosas! What a grand time! Thank you for choosing the ❤️D. We loved hosting you for Aimees birthday!

We hosted a beautiful 100 person wedding on Saturday. This sweet couple could not have been more pleasant to work with. After having another venue cancel on them at the last minute they were understandably upset and stressed. Thankfully we had their date available and assured them it would all work out. Some things are just meant to be. Their day was perfect! We can't wait to see the professional photos taken by Brooke at absoluteLOVE Photography. We wish you both many blessings Sheena & Emilio. Our view from the Farmhouse office window today. Getting a little much needed rain which means the grass will be growing like crazy again soon. Spring will officially be here in just a couple days. Everything is new and green. Baby calves and baby lambs are so cute to watch. ❤️D

We were asked to host the Celebration of Life for our friend, Bill Pennington. It was an unbelievable experience. The crowds standing outside to pay their respects, on a beautiful February afternoon, were a testimony to a life well lived. We set our space up with every chair and table we have. But of course there was no way to know that 550+ people would show up. As the guests arrived so did the food. The amazing hospitality team led by Lois Hall was well prepared to feed everyone and DID! Our deepest condolences to all those who loved Bill. It was a blessing to be part of today. ❤️D

The end of a long event day (100 people). We just finished setting up for 211+ people and another long day tomorrow. We decided to treat ourselves to a nice glass of Strawberry Mustang Wine, gifted to us from Strawberry Pines Venue in Poteet, Texas. Thank you Darlene Robinson Henry! ❤️D
