LITTLE MOON OYSTER RANCH
Grown from seed using modern aquaculture practices, each Little Moon oyster harvested is carefully graded and selected by hand, ensuring the oyster that makes it to your plate is the best quality and an expression of the healthy ecosystem it grows in.

OPEN FIRE CO.
An expression of open fire cooking with an emphasis on suspension and hanging BBQ.

THE SUPPER CLUB AT BLUE MOON FARM
While still focused on traditional wood-fired BBQ, the Supper Club is expanding into different culinary genres, all centered around live fire cooking.

BAD WOLF BBQ
Craft barbecue influenced by the modern techniques of central Texas.

Award-winning Chef Jay Ducote teams up with Bozeman Meat Co. to showcase pasture-raised beef from Trey and Mary Dudley Bozeman’s family farm.

The WFAHS aims to provide caring adoptive homes for their animals and safe, healthy environments for animals under their care.
