These were, by far, some of the best hand painted cookies I have ever had the pleasure of serving. They were painted perfectly. They didn’t smear or smush. The colors were bright and clear. And look at the detail on those cookies shaped like the state of Louisiana. I was so proud to serve these at yesterday’s event. Thank you, Heidi Pittman, for exceeding my expectations. And did I mention how delicious the cookies were? A slight hint of cinnamon but not too much. Just the right amount of soft and crunch. A win for Heirloom Cuisine and our guests for sure! Now let’s just hope some of that goodness rubs off for today’s game!!!! Go Tigers!

Wow! It was so fun to be a part of welcoming MRCTI to Baton Rouge! With the help of we were able to welcome Mayors from Towns and Cities all along the Mississippi River the finest and freshest seafood around! With the Board’s generous donation, we served Crispy Fried Louisiana Catfish, Creole Crawfish Remoulade and Boiled & Spiced Louisiana Gulf Shrimp. It was such an honor to serve these guys.
