Couple things on our schedules:
Today I'm doing a practice turkey cook for Thanksgiving on the big rig to see how it turns out
November 6th me and Josh are helping judge the Dixie bbq showdown backyard competition at bbq pit stop here in st George
Then November 7th me and Josh are going to cook a couple whole suckling pigs for my birthday just to see if we can. So follow along on that fun journey that day!
But the big one for you guys is
November 11th me and Josh are going to be doing another pop up cook event for you guys. Let us know what kinds of things you guys have been craving and once we get closer we will do an official announcement with pricing and start taking orders
