Soppressata. Somewhere in between Prosciutto and Genoa lies this beauty. Soft and delicate, yet salty and slightly pungent with just a hint of spice, just how we like it. We almost always feature this bad boy on our boards but if you'd like to give it a try when ordering, all you have to do is ask! Nicely.. π
We're currently hiding out under the AC until the sun isn't so angry. Stay cool out there St. George, we're in it now!
