One of our favorite things about a good cheese board is the seemingly endless combinations and flavor profiles that you're able to create! Yes, you can simply just enjoy each individual item for what it is, but the real fun lies in creating different pairings with different meats and cheese and discovering new flavors/ textures that you maybe have never tried before. Soppressata. Somewhere in between Prosciutto and Genoa lies this beauty. Soft and delicate, yet salty and slightly pungent with just a hint of spice, just how we like it. We almost always feature this bad boy on our boards but if you'd like to give it a try when ordering, all you have to do is ask! Nicely.. 😉

We're currently hiding out under the AC until the sun isn't so angry. Stay cool out there St. George, we're in it now!
