Since starting Windy City Eats, I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve been asked “When will you have Italian beefs”? 😅 For those who have asked, the answer is tomorrow! We’re very excited to officially introduce the Chicago Style Italian Beef Sandwich to our menu this Saturday at !

These sandwiches will be loaded with 1/2 lb of thinly sliced beef, simmered and served with flavorful au jus on a French roll, and topped with your choice of mild or hot giardiniera.

Italian beef’s originated in Chicago, and these, much like our Chicago dogs, are as authentic as they get! We will have a limited amount this weekend at .

We love the excitement of customers when they try a one of our Chicago dogs and it brings back memories of living or visiting the Midwest. Our hotdogs are as authentic as any Chicago dog you would get in Chicago itself. Down to the celery salt we import authentic Chicago brands 🙌🏼
