Check out the ways you can join Womens Movement this month to make time for your goals, health, and wellness:

1. WOMENS STRENGTH - Tue/Thur Mornings ($56)

This 30-minute, strength-focused class meets every Tuesday and Thursday morning, with start times of 6:00 and 6:30 (choose the time that fits your schedule). Tailored to meet all strength and experience levels.

2. SATURDAY STRONG - Saturdays 8:00 am ($10)

This drop-in, 60-minute, full-body strength class meets on Saturday mornings. Workout as a group while going at your own pace - for all strength and experience levels.

3. YOGA(ISH) - Mondays 6:00 pm ($10)

This morning we took a minute to celebrate 12 months of Womens Strength classes with a French Press station (which included the weight version for strong triceps... and the caffeine version for strong coffee).

We celebrated the strength, confidence, and connections that have been built in the weight room.

We celebrated the Women who have started, continued, paused, returned, and everything in between.

I appreciate EVERY. SINGLE. ONE OF YOU.

And a special shoutout to Maria and Lauren who have been here from the start. And who pointed out early that the coffee version of a French Press might be more fun. You weren't wrong.

🎄Looking for a Christmas gift for your athlete? Skip the toys and gift them the experience of Speed and Strength Camp led by CJ from Cutting Edge Fitness of Fairmont. 💪

⏰ Wednesday, December 4, 11, 18 from 2-3pm
⏰ Monday, December 23 & 30 from 2-3pm (over Christmas break🎄)

🏋️Who is this for? All youth ages 10-18 - Boys and Girls🏋️‍♀️

Our hour-long Speed and Strength Camp is tailored to your athletes’ needs. We adjust all workouts according to what season your athlete is in to maximize results.

The camp is led by Head Strength Coach and owner C.J. Johnson, CSCS, CSNC, CSAC. C.J. directed the summer strength and speed program at St. James High School and achieved great success with all participating athletes. This is an opportunity to continue building on that success and maintain peak performance throughout your current sports season. Haven’t attended one of C.J’s sessions? That’s okay! Our program is designed to accommodate all skill levels, whether beginner, intermediate, or advanced.

Our Womens Strength classes are rolling
into November and WE'D LOVE TO HAVE YOU JOIN US.

Classes meet on Tuesday and Thursday mornings.

Identical, back-to-back, 30 minute classes start at 6:00 am and 6:30 am. Choose the time that works best for you.

I'm so proud of these ladies for the ways they show up in the weight room for themselves and each other. And for all the ways they show up in the world for themselves and others.

⏰ Customized timing to accommodate St. James students’ early dismissal: we meet every Wednesday from 2:15pm to 3:15pm.

CJ's Cutting Edge youth workout kicked off 'Championship Saturday'

Our fall sessions start tomorrow, do you have your wrestler registered yet? Don't wait until regular season to start training if you want to be at your best.

Augsburg Assistant Coach Taylor Venz returns with Minnesota State University, Mankato Assistant Coach Trayton Anderson to prepare your wrestler for the upcoming season. Each week your wrestler will work on technique through drilling and live wrestling.

As a reminder, times have been changed so all wrestlers will attend from 4-6pm. It’s not too late to register your athlete but we do have limited spots available. Daily drop-in rates are $20. Payment must be made via Venmo or in cash at the door before participating. All wrestlers must have 2 years of competitive wrestling experience to attend. Fall wrestling sessions with Augsburg Assistant Coach Taylor Venz and Minnesota State University, Mankato Assistant Coach Trayton Anderson start next Sunday. To help with scheduling, times have been changed and consolidated, so all wrestlers will attend from 4 PM to 6 PM. It’s not too late to register your athlete to prepare them for the upcoming season. Daily drop-in rates are $20. Payment must be made via Venmo or in cash at the door before participating.
