Slightly long post warning.....I have a lot of blessings in my life and I know that. We may be in the hardest season of our lives right now but we still receive blessings.

This morning at Walmart while I'm getting items needed for the Wine Trail I received another huge one. You know the drill....you head to checkout, there is 1 lane open, you convince yourself to head to the self checkout (👎) and boom...your only card is declined. I hate plastic. I deal with cash and checks only 99% of the time. It's been an exhausting week. I wasn't paying attention to my balance obviously. So I tell the guy I have cash can you just suspend or delete it and I'll go to the cashier and take care of it over there. Y'ALL...this lady steps up and asks how much is it? I tell her and as she whips out her card I tell her I'll give you cash plus a little extra for your trouble. NOPE. SHE PAYS FOR THE WHOLE THING. ALL MY GROCERIES. I start to cry, she whips around and says "Enjoy your blessing", the worker grins big time and steps away. I'm flabbergasted. Absolutely.

Thank God for most people. And our little community. This week was exhausting but it's been a big blessing at the same time. I appreciate you all. I appreciate seeing folks pull together. I pray y'all have a great weekend. And to the lady that did this for me today I pray God returns it to you 10x!
