Hi All! Memorable Events Catering is still going...just in an adjusted capacity for a while!! Foot surgery a couple of weeks ago, recovery period coming up will limit our availability some, but husband Randy is at the helm and we have assistance by some wonderful ladies when needed, and of course, our terrific WSU staff! Cranberry Brie Bundles & Proscuitto Wrapped Melon; Summer Berries Green Salad with Feta & Raspberry Dressing with Puff Pastry Twist; Choice of Blackened Salmon with Pineapple Mango Salsa or Savory Roast Beef, Garlic Mashed Reds; all with asparagus and baby tomatoes, grilled.
