Family dinners, reunions, parties of all kinds, weddings~~the list goes on and on of events I have and love to design and decorate for! It has been my dream for years to design décor for other people's events for a number of years, so in 2015 with the encouragement of MANY, I decided it was "Go Time".

If an extraordinary entrance to your reception is on your list, and are ready to visit with you! We enjoy creating arbors, arches, backgrounds nearly from scratch so each event is truly its very own.

Thank you and for collaborating on the vision for us to design and install ! EVERY guest got to pass through these arches and the commented compliments were heartwarming 🙏❤️

Backdrop Dreams!

Saturday, April 17, Timber Ridge Event Center Samantha with Treasure Gardens and Elevate created this silk floral installation backdrop for the most chill bride we’ve ever worked with (as in “this is my color palette, do what you think looks great”) So much pretty, breezy, movement—zoom in on the steel blue pompon mum blooms 😍😍 they are bouncing to their own beat! The white wisteria is gracefully swinging in the gentle breeze. Blush pink cherry blossom branches were the final touch. Love love swoon!

This dreary weather gave way to the warm candle light of this evening’s preview appointment. Creating sample looks is one of my favorite parts of event and tabletop design ❤️ Listening to “old movies”, like Save the Last Dance, is also a favorite in my shop too! Let’s make an appointment to preview YOUR event design! (peep the new Pinterest-inspired rental garlands—3 different eucalyptus are interwoven! 👀 )

Elevate Your Event, llc, is an event design and decor rental service with a display and consultation shop space located in Northwest Missouri, serving the quad state corners areas. Established officially in 2015, after many years working in the service industry for special events (and collecting too many decor items to decorate for family and friends’ events), the biz needed its own space, and came to life! We have provided decor options, fabric treatments and assorted accents to enhance events from weddings to corporate events, graduations, showers and holiday parties—all with broad range of styles, color palettes, and designs within their venues.

A carefully curated, and ever-growing, collection of both new items and “found” treasures, our options are available in many colors, design styles, and creative aesthetics that fit your event vision. Rental table linens are also available.

Elevate Your Event offers both full event set-up/tear-down service with your decor rental, and DIY/a la carte rental options, to accommodate your event needs, timelines, and budget considerations. Custom optioned packages can be further tailored to your event after a more in depth consultation.

Elevate Your Event has working relationships with other local vendors: florists, venue owners, decor rental designers, cake and sweets bakers, print work, and other specialty services you may need. On occasion, some event details are outsourced to make sure every detail comes together as you envision. In the situation that we are unavailable on your event date, recommendations to the next trusted vendor are offered.
