Elite Events is looking to hire an Event Assistant to levitate the load of planning events.

Requirements

-Must be available for all event dates.
-Must be computer savvy and have a background in advertising.
-Must be trustworthy and hardworking
-Must be professional at all times.
-Must have a working phone and computer and be able to make calls and receive them as well as do paperwork.
-Must live close to St Joseph MO and have your OWN transportation.

Perks
-Work from home (with the exception of coming to venues to work)
-Flexible Schedule, work when you can.
-Pay is 30% of total profit, so it is commission based pay per event, the more the event profits the more you make! (:.
-Perfect somebody needing a little extra income to supplement or Stay home parents.

Elite Events and Time Out Event Center invite you to attend our 1st Annual Antique Show on March 1st and 2nd at Timeout Event Center. This event provides a unique opportunity to showcase and sell antique items from 1925 and older, while connecting with others who share your interest in vintage and antique items.

Booth Spaces are 10x10 for $65 for both days, we will have tables for rent for $10, otherwise you may bring your own.

For those that want to come and shop, entry into the event is free.

Here is our pricing when it comes to events:

Public events such as concerts, parties, festivals, fairs, comedy shows, fundraisers, or anything where the public is invited there is a 30% fee charged from what is made from the event. We do ALL the playing including booking the venue, getting the vendors, decorations, music, advertisement, set up and tear down, and much more.

Private Events such as birthday parties, work parties, weddings, receptions, or other private affairs will be charged per event. Our event prices will range between $250-$1000. All fees will be discussed during our first meeting.

Elite Events is doing a toy drive on December 14th at the Pony Express Event Center. We are accepting donations or you can choose one of the many families that have applied to receive help. In doing so you will be entered in to win a $50 visa debit card or a gift basket! Please message us on here if interested in helping.

All donations can be brought to 1220 S 10th St December 14th between 12pm and 1pm.

We are rebranding and doing a name change. We are longer offering promoting or booking services for musicians. We are going to focus on the events side of things as we have big plans!
