Today Event Architects completed a project for the MN Trucking Association. We converted a scheduled live Management Conference that was to take place at a Marriott Conference Center into a virtual meeting on demand for their entire membership. We Zoom Recorded 4 national speakers through Allied Productions, added sponsor PPT’s and music and audio intros by their president. We then uploaded all presentations to their web site to be contained in a new content library! Kristi Gray Shepherd and I are very proud of Drew Hau from Allied and EA and our highly capable speakers who did an amazing job. We were in 3 different geographic locations and made it happen.

The event industry is changing forever! But, we will always need what live events, shaking hands and enjoying camaraderie of our clients and friends will bring! Onward and upward. . . Anyone need help?😎😉

This message is to ALL of our Friends but particularly our Event Friends who are ALL hurting right now. I want this message to deal with the light at the end of the tunnel. Yes, we are all creative enough and positive enough to see that light and see it getting brighter as we ALL pull together and support each other. As Event People we do great things with light.

We have been producing small to more major events for close to 30 years. We've weathered major storms from more than a few serious recessions to 9/11 to local and national calamities. WE are Event People, WE are resilient, WE are strong, WE persevere, no matter what.

WE want you all to remember the faces and names who have been in and at your Events for all these years. Keep them in your prayers. But, most importantly, remember who they are when its time to hire them for your first Events back in the saddle.

YOU ALL know us and we will be there for YOU! Peace and Positive Thoughts today, tomorrow and forever!

Once more Event Architects are so proud to have assisted Catholic Charities in a double event at the St. Paul Opportunity Center. The Pohlad Family Foundation brought over 100 volunteers for a morning of activities to help this new venue make things happen. Then Catholic Charities celebrated the final step in joining their St. Paul Higher Ground with the St. Paul Opportunity Center. Please note the new name after the Richard M. Schulze Foundation. Such a thrill after being their for the original ground breaking! We are blessed to be involved in so many great projects!

Another opportunity to collaborate with an amazing client, MN Trucking Association and their even more amazing members at Topgolf! 154 golfing members tried something new at Topgolf for our Fall Tournament! We did it to secure the weather. Last several years: rain, cold, wind!! Today 84 degrees and not a cloud! It was so wonderful. Best facilities for branding our sponsors ever! 34 monitors plus large screen monitors everywhere. Great food and desserts!

This was the 3rd year Event Architects was asked to assist the MTA and the TDC Committee to produce the MN Truck Driving Championships for 2019. A 3 day endeavor to choose the MN State Champions in 9 different divisions. Special thanks to Rihm Kenworth in C**n Rapids for hosting us. Every year we realize more and more how trucks do keep our nation moving.

Kristi Gray Shepherd and Fred Shepherd of Event Architects celebrate together the production of another Spring Golf Tournament for 260 Golfers for the MN Trucking Association at Majestic Oaks Golf Course. Using both 18’s we shotgunned 260 golfers simultaneously at 11:00 AM. All were done and enjoying apps and cocktails at 4:45 PM. Love it! Special thanks to all our Sponsors including The Rihm Family Companies! Very proud of Dennis Alm and his Golf Committee and the entire MTA Staff.

Event Architects are so proud to once again produce the MN Truck Association’s Management Conference at the Marriott NW. 160 trucking professionals gathered to experience numerous presentations by local and national presenters to conquer everyday challenges! Such a joy to work with the MTA
