IMPROMPTU grill and grub at the yacht club!
Nothing beats a last minute grill and grub, it was fun night with about 13 in attendance.
Steaks, potatoes, salad, asparagus, topped it off with Pound cake tops and brownies.
(The 🕺💃 worked most of that meal off😆.)
Big thank you to Clyde and Debra for furnishing the music, what a blast and your Playlist is the best ever!!
(If anyone has anymore pics of the night, send them to me and I will add them, I got early pics and none of the whole crowd)

Time: 6:00 pm..hunt starts at 6:30.pm

Details:
We will have over 300 eggs filled with surprises and more!!
*$10 entry fee per person hunting eggs, we will supply the baskets.
*$100 cash prize egg
*Prize for most eggs found
*Prize for least amount of eggs found
Meet us under the clubhouse @6:00 to get your basket and find out the boundaries of where the eggs are hidden.
This is one of many activities being planned for this summer, please come, bring a guest and enjoy the many opportunities of being a member of the St. Mark's Yacht Club!!
This is a BYOB party, Finger foods are welcomed but not required, just come and enjoy the fellowship, activities and hopefully take home a $100!!

What a night!!
Huge shout out and THANK YOU to Marvin for the smoked butts, Cole slaw, baked beans, appetizers, desert and the live music!!
The meal was fabulous and the music was phenomenal!!
It takes a LOT to put these socials on and Marvin did it all himself!
Thank you to Tommy for sweeping and mopping the floors earlier this week for the social.
I hope you enjoy the pictures.

Mardi Gras party!!
What a good turn out for a good time!!
We had 40+ to participate ❤️.
CRAWFISH, CRAWFISH, CRAWFISH! WHEW! Not a single person left hungry🤣.
We missed everyone that did not attend, BUT, next month, plan to be here for the Adult Easter Egg Hunt! April 12!!
Huge shout out and THANK YOU to Rick and Sue Tooke for furnishing and preparing the crawfish boil. It was the best ever.
Rick Clements , Stan Lawrence , Thomas Balser for setting up, decorating and cleaning up.
Thank you to everyone, (Too many names to mention, I would forget someone if I tried to list everyone), that brought appetizers and finger foods.
Don't forget the monthly social this month, March 29th..Marvin is hosting and we will have live music.

LOOK AT THE PROGRESS THIS WEEK!!!
Huge shout out to Rick Clements for donating the dirt and rock to re-do the club house driveway!!
No more pot holes.
Another Huge shout out to Billy Bishop for allowing Rick to use his tractor and boxblade and Thomas Balser for assisting working the shovel and raking rocks and helping to design the layout, and last but not least, our driver, Baird Varnadoe for delivering the rock and dirt to the clubhouse.
You men are AMAZING!
Hope everyone will enjoy the progress and hope to see everyone Saturday night.

Hello SMYC members!
The weekend is quickly approaching, lots going on this weekend with the chili cook off and our Mardi Gras dock party!!
Dock party starts at 6:00 on the North dock..weather permitting, if it rains, we will be under the clubhouse, the party will go on rain or shine.
After checking the price of crawfish, we found it necessary to charge $20 if you would like to partake in the crawfish boil. If you do not eat crawfish, no charge. Any money left over after paying for the crawfish will be donated to the club.
(Please let us know by 5:00 p.m. Wednesday, 3-12-25 if you want crawfish so we can plan accordingly.)
Big plans for April are coming together, we have been busy planning and preparing to make SMYC the fun place to be!!
We hope everyone will bring a guest and we look forward to seeing you all there!!
