Post is a little late but we decided to knock off the rust 2 weekends ago at smoke on the mountain. It was nice seeing a lot of familiar faces and meeting some new ones. Special shout out to Brandon Bauer for helping us out and helping the team bring home a 1st place pulled pork. Overall finished mid pack which we will take for being off for over a year. As always thanks to Traeger turning out some great bbq! We will keep you posted on any other ones we decide to do this year!

All set up at the Destination Outlets Labor Day Festival for the weekend. Going to start prep work and turn ins are tomorrow. Good luck to all competing this weekend! Also a big thank you to Smoke on the Water Productions for hosting this event.

**UPDATE** Hi Everyone! I know we were scheduled to go to Coudersport this weekend for the Route 6 Ribfest, however with the cancelation of the event we are now heading west! We will be competing at the Destination Outlets Labor Day Festival in Jeffersonville, Ohio. Can't wait to see everyone there! Stay tuned for on site updates!

All set up and been cooking all night for day 1 at the Country Roads BBQ Clash KCBS Event. Turn in starts at 12 and awards at 430 tonight. More pictures and updates to come. Stay tuned!

Upcoming schedule for us. We most likely will be doing not only the KCBS events but also the SCA events these weekends as well. We hope to see some of you there!

- Country Roads BBQ Clash in Morgantown, WV July 16th-17th
- Route 6 Ribfest in Coudersport, PA September 3rd-4th
- Keystone Classic BBQ State Championship in Harrisburg, PA October 8th-9th

WE ARE BACK!! Hello everyone, its been a long time. Sorry we have been quiet over the 6-8 months. For obvious reasons we haven't done much but we have still been cooking behind the scenes! Here is some items we have done during our time off. We tried to channel our inner Gordon Ramsay at times which is a nice change of pace but its BBQ time. Now that the 2021 BBQ season is almost here we are preparing for a great year. Within the next few weeks we should have a schedule we can post for everyone. Also more merchandise coming, giveaways, and recipes as well. Stay tuned!
