✨ Salmon in the Valley: Perfectly cooked wild-caught salmon atop a bed of creamy ancient grain risotto, delivering the perfect balance of fresh and hearty.
✨ Applewood Frenched Pork Chop: Juicy, bone-in pork chop, topped with a luscious sweet onion and apple cream sauce, made to order by our sauté chef.
✨ St. Mary’s Stacker: A seared filet mignon masterpiece perched on Boursin mashed potatoes, grilled asparagus, crispy house-fried onion straws, and finished with rich au jus.
✨ Lobster Ravioli: Lobster-stuffed ravioli in a house-made tarragon cream sauce with tender asparagus, sun-dried tomatoes, and a sprinkle of Parmesan.
