Dear vendors for the holiday open house, I have not forgotten about you!! Life has just been a bit crazy for us lately with the hurricane and helping our daughter and her friends when they had no electricity afterwards. Our venue became a daycare and refuge for them for several days. We had 6 children ages 7-1 to take care of for several days. (I think this is where I should mention that our friend's daughter had her baby during this time and our daughter was just a few weeks away from her due date to have her baby.) We also had our other granddaughter with us one day during this. Lots of kids! Lots of feeding kids and fixing boo boos and just making sure everyone was okay.
Now the past several days we have been helping our daughter. Their baby who was due on November 2 was born last night. (She is beautiful and absolutely wonderful!) So, we have been caring for their other 3 children and just doing our best to be a good Honey and Papa for them. We are tired. LOL

All of that to say...... I will be posting a form soon for vendors. I truly haven't forgotten about all of you and I hope I have all of your correct email addresses. Just give me a few more days and I'll be all caught up. Thank you all for being so patient!!

Would love it if you'd follow our other little business Flour Child Bake Shoppe!! Just a small cottage bakery right down the road from Holly Oak Farms. We put freshly baked cookies, mini cakes, brownies and more out on the side porch of our home and you can stop by to purchase them. We use the honor system. We post on our page when we put the coolers out that have the goodies in them. You can stop by, choose what you like and simply pay with cash by dropping it in the pink box or with Cash App or Venmo. So easy! Marty has been knocking the cinnamon rolls out of the park the past few weeks! He is definitely the best at baking them! Sharon has been baking up all sorts of fun cookies and other treats. Be sure to follow us so you can grab some goodies! We will be at the St Matthews Farmer's Market this Saturday from 8-12 at Town Hall! Come see us! Y'all Need A Cookie!

Thank you so much for all of the love that has been shown to us during John’s surgery. He was discharged this morning and after a very sleepless night all three of us are very happy to be back home! He has a bit of a recovery and learning new ways to do things but we know that he can handle it. Thank you again for all of the love and kindness. Your prayers were definitely felt through it all! 🫶🏼
