Thank you just doesn’t seem like enough. Thank you to each and every person who has trusted us with your special day whether it was a party or your wedding. Thank you for becoming our friends, for the laughs and the fellowship. Thank you for every piece of wedding cake that was shared with us. Thank you for all of the beautiful flowers that were left behind for us to enjoy. Thank you for sharing your stories with us and allowing us to become a part of your stories.
Our final event at Holly Oak Farms will be in May, 2026. We will continue hosting events throughout 2025. Nothing will change for any dates that are already reserved with us and we will still book events for dates that are available up to our closing date at the end of May, 2026.
The time has come to enjoy our weekends together as a family again and for us to use the barn for the original purpose it was built for …our family. Holly Oak Farms is not for sale.

We receive a LOT of calls, texts and emails every weekend. Please know that we will respond but our office is closed Saturday, Sunday and Monday. We are not ignoring you but we are also not open 24/7. We need to have some time off to attend church and spend time with our family just like everyone else. We appreciate everyone and we know you are excited about your event and we are happy for you but unless it’s an emergency we will wait to respond to your text, call or email during office hours. Thank you for understanding!

Our Story

The Barn at Holly Oak Farms is located in the midlands of South Carolina between the Great Smoky Mountains and the Atlantic ocean! Once a working farm, Holly Oak Farms has been in the Millender family for four generations. As a young man working alongside his father and grandfather Marty dreamed of building a big red barn on the property that could be used as a gathering place. Today, Holly Oak Farms is the perfect destination for couples looking for a rustic, chic country setting for their picture perfect wedding. The barn is situated among rolling hay fields by a shimmering pond.
