Summer is in full swing but we are already working on our fall bar orders. The Smoky Blackberry Manhattan is looking like the cold weather cocktail of choice this year.

A collaboration cocktail we made with one of our clients, this Manhattan is packed with the signature smoked peaty flavors of scotch but finishes with the dark sweetness of blackberries and black currants.

Summer is just kicking off and so is the Lavender Haze Lemonade. A light summer sip that can be made as a signature cocktail or mocktail.

How it’s done: vodka base with lavender and honey syrup, sparkling lemonade and garnished with a lemon wheel and dried lavender.
