I post some sad news - the founding director of Sundin Music Hall, Georgia Lauritzen, passed away this afternoon. I am very happy to have known Georgia, to have worked with her and enjoyed her conversation. Without a doubt, we owe her a debt of gratitude for all of the art she brought to Sundin over the years. May Georgia rest in peace.

Hello friends - it's been....a while. We are cautiously ramping up for the 21-22 season and we'll send out some announcements soon. We've missed each other, without question and our artists all feel the same way. As we move forward - a couple of things to note. 1) Current Hamline University Policy requires wearing a mask in all indoor spaces, and 2) we have become a vaccine-mandatory campus. Of course, everything is subject to change, as the pandemic forces us to evolve with the situations. We are proceeding with the guidance of the Minnesota Department of Health and the CDC. But - we are planning to have in-person concerts this fall. More soon! If you have questions, please call our box office line at 651-523-2459. Press 6 to leave us a message. If you would like to email us, write us at [email protected]

Dear friends, it has been a long time since we've posted anything here - what a tumultuous fall it has been! We hope you are all well, and finding safety and health with you and your loved ones. Please know that we miss seeing you! A reminder that all events at Sundin Music Hall are cancelled or rescheduled for this fall, through December 31, 2020. Hamline University is being cautious and will provide a reassessment of our situation looking into the spring of 2021 round about that time. Support your artists as you can!

06/17/2020

We just realized that we have not updated our page since the Ides of March - this year! We hope that you and those close to you are staying safe and healthy. Here at Sundin Music Hall it has been quiet, as we try to figure out how to keep everyone safe in a concert environment. One thing - there is NO Keyboard Conversations with Jeffrey Siegel on June 18. The Celebrating Beethoven concert will be presented on Tuesday, November 17 at 7:30 pm. We will be sending out letters to subscribers and the general public concerning next season, in a few weeks. If you do have any questions, please contact us at [email protected], or call us at 651-523-2459. We look forward to seeing you soon!!!

Stay safe and healthy - wear your mask and keep your distance (this may be the only time that a phrase like that is meant as a caring statement!!).
