When Kim from came to me to ask if I would like to be a part of this styled photoshoot at the new venue I said absolutely, yes!
It’s been a minute since my last styled shoot and after viewing the fun and vibrant yellows on the mood board, I just had to. Yellow is rarely a primary color I get to use. Obviously for this spring photoshoot yellow daffodils had to be the star and boy, were they ever!

It was a complete honor to be the first florist to design at ! Angela and London have created a stunning venue up in Ham Lake that really does not lack in anything. They were thoughtful and intentional in each space!
We had a stellar group of vendors, and .sanders.photography really outdid herself with these stunning images. I wish I could share every photo!

What a spring stunner this wedding was!

Sarah and Tony had the most delightful winter wedding with romantic candlelight, soft hues of peach and blush mixed with deep reds, and amazing photographer’s that showcased their love!

Cambria and Patrick had a beautiful mix of dried and live flowers for their cozy November wedding. I love this mix for fall and winter weddings!

Happy new year to you all! 2025 is going to be a great year, I know it! Thank you to all my faithful supporters out there! Where would I be without you? It’s been a strange blossom studio year for me, with lots of distractions (new house, new studio, new baby, very few weddings), but really exciting things are planned for 2025, including a remodeling of my garage into a floral studio. Thanks for following in on the adventure. Year 10 coming up!!

“Will my white bouquet turn out nicely when preserved?”
I get this question a lot, for good reason, nobody wants a brown preservation. The answer is, yes! White flowers often turn cream colored and if we catch them fresh (no more than 3 days post wedding), they won’t have spots.

Here is Maddison’s bouquet made from tulips, double tulips and lily of the valley.

Minimal, modern, ethereal, textural.
I loved designing for this one. It’s so fun to mix dried grasses/flowers with live. The color scheme was subtle and elegant and these two were wonderful to work with!

Introducing our newest addition, Daphne Pearl Erickson, born on September 23rd weighing 5 pounds, 11oz, 20 inches long and 4 weeks early.
Daphne is a huge answer to our prayers and our whole family is incredibly grateful for her.
My season looked a bit different this year. It was lighter than other years but much more difficult. I feel eager for next season and all the exciting things to come and joyous that now I have a little tagalong in the studio! 😁
