HOLIDAY PRIME RIB! I’m offering whole prime rib, cooked, for $15/lb. They are nice small roasts, about 10lbs each, perfect for 10-20 guests. I season them with fresh garlic and salt which gives them a nice, delicious crust. Cooked to order medium rare unless otherwise specified. I have a limited number so first come, first served.
