Calling STL volunteers! The time to volunteer with VCP’s St. Louis Village build is approaching. We’re looking for tradespeople experienced in basic construction, painting, cabinet installation, siding, insulation, and licensed in HVAC, electrical, and plumbing, that can offer time to be a Team Leader.

If you’re interested and have training and time to provide, please send an email to [email protected] with a synopsis of your experience, days available, and contact information so that our team can reach out to discuss!

We have sold our truck and we’re moving on to other ventures.
But we sincerely want to thank anyone who supported us to achieve this dream that we started bringing to life over 5 years ago.
Whether you physically helped on the truck, gave us moral support, bought food from the truck, helped grow our business via word of mouth, sharing a post, or simply liking our page, we truly appreciate it and thank you.

Tomorrow is the BIG day! Duckfest is a rain or shine event, so no matter what mother nature throws at us, we will party through it 🍻 Duckfest 2021 is kicking off tomorrow morning with our Calling Contests. Then shortly after, the beer tents and food will be available to you at 11 AM. The rest of the day will be filled with live music, vendor fair, grand prize raffles/auctions, all to raise money for the great causes of Emmaus Homes and the St. Charles Jaycees. Back by popular demand, beer lovers from across the region will gather from 12 p.m. - 5 p.m., Saturday, May 15, 2021, in the heart of Historic Missouri Wine Country at the 4th annual Daniel Boone Home Brew Fest at The Historic Daniel Boone Home, 1868 Highway F in Defiance. Guests 21 years and older will get the perfect pour of approximately 30+ different Missouri beers brewed by breweries and homebrewers from across the state, including Good News Brewing Company, Design2Brew, Crossroads Brewery, Garage Brewers Society Homebrew Beer Club, St. Charles County Society of Brewers, Little Hills Home Brewers, STL Brewminati, Hendricks Brewthers, Jefferson County Home Brewers - JCHB, Vintage Anglers and more! To keep everyone socially distanced, brewers will be spread out throughout the scenic village grounds in the historic park. Along with an afternoon of unlimited beer sampling, tickets include a souvenir tasting glass and tour of the Daniel Boone Home. Participants will cast their vote for the “People’s Choice” Best Homebrew. The brewers vote for “Brewer’s Choice and the winner of the “Judge’s Choice” will get to brew and serve their winning recipe at Good News Brewing Company! The beer festival also features live entertainment with The Silver Creek Bluegrass Band from 12–2 p.m., and The Skylark Brothers from 2–5 p.m., as well as tasty eats available for purchase from the Savor The Southwest food truck. The Home Brew Fest is limited to 500 attendees, so register now!
