SIK Promotions, Inc Events & Festivals SIK Promotions, Inc. is a sole proprietorship that produces, promotes and manages themed festivals and events across the state of Florida.

We are well known for our unique pirate festivals, bringing interactive performers, live musicians, treasure hunts, costume contests, themed vendors and free family fun to a growing number of communities in the Sunshine State. Additional event productions include art and craft shows, seafood festivals, water themed events, music festivals, pet adoption fundraisers and a popular “end of summer” cel

ebration, which draws over 30,000 attendees to the one day show. All of the festivals and events are family friendly and free for the public to attend, while also being affordable for artisans and crafters. Suzanne King (aka. Pirate Suzie) has been arranging festivals since 2000. Starting with her enthusiasm for all things Pirate, she began arranging the annual John Levique Pirates Day in Johns Pass where she worked at the Friendly Fisherman Restaurant. As a local resident of Gulfport, Florida she became active in the Gulfport Merchants Association and brought her expertise with vendors to the bi-weekly Art Walks. Over 45 Vendors are placed twice monthly, fees collected; records kept, and standards for vendors are all perfected by Suzie. Suzanne’s professionalism with vendors has led her to become the primary event coordinator for: Geckofest, an end of summer celebration for the Gulfport Merchants Association; Springfest, an Easter weekend festival for the Gulfport Chamber of Commerce and Get Rescued in Gulfport, an animal rescue event.

Meet Lori Budnick, jewelry maker and owner of BadAss Baubles and Things!! Lori is a frequent vendor at our events, including many of our Gulfport Tuesday markets!

About her business:
BadAss Baubles and Things are empowering with a wee bit of sass. Handmade jewelry and accessories that are empowering with a we bit of sass... handstamped necklaces; bracelets; rings and earrings; Lori has also started hand painting with cold enamel necklaces and earrings which also have some sass. The artist likes to incorporate her Native American heritage with use of designs with stamping and certain stone use. Hand beaded necklaces ; bracelets and earrings are also part of the Baubles family

The event will feature:
• Up to 50 animal rescue groups
• Pet friendly vendors featuring animal related products, crafts, artwork and other curious treats
• Pet care education
• A pet food and supplies drive
• Animal training demos
• The Florida Weiner Dog Derby
• Fun-raising raffles
• Local shops, restaurants and more

All leashed people and well-behaved pets are welcome. There is no admission fee to attend and plenty of convenient complimentary parking will be available throughout the area.

Proceeds from the event will benefit participating animal rescue groups.
