School is in session at Birch and Vine! 🧑‍🍳

Since early 2023, Chef Lee Aquino has proudly served as a liaison for the Culinary Program, helping to bring on talented, eager graduates to the Birch and Vine kitchen.

Currently, we’re thrilled to have two bright new students, Mikey and Todd, joining the team. Mikey is honing his skills as a grillardin, while Todd is perfecting his craft as a garde manger.

Both are gaining hands-on experience in the kitchen, taking their culinary careers to the next level.

In addition to Mikey and Todd, we are fortunate to have Alli, one of the very first graduates of the program, who has been an integral part of the Birch and Vine family for the past two years as our sautérian chef.

With the guidance of exceptional instructors like Chef Felix, alongside our talented team at Birch and Vine, we’re proud to play a role in shaping the next generation of chefs.

We can’t wait to see what these emerging culinary talents, along with many more to come, will bring to the table in the future.
