Pro tip- wet wood is not good!

Say no to the Wet Wood Society! The soak your wood people have begun to circle their wagons… you DON’T soak your wood before smoking meat. Not only are you slowing the burn process you’re just increasing the dirty smoke and creosote in your cooker... don’t do it folks.

Fun fact- we offer tastings! Also a fun fact, cooking for two is expensive!

We do offer a tasting sample, but we much prefer giving a complimentary sample at an event we have booked. Pork and brisket smokes overnight, and it’s not the easiest and economical way to provide for a few portions.

A private tasting would add a fee, with most of the fee returned towards your bill if you decide to hire us. Basically at cost for goods and fuel.

Extend your friends, family, clients , fellow hospitality workers and providers some grace during the devastation recovery in your communities. The hospitality industry is still recovering from the pandemic , and now this. We have clients that have had to cancel events, and we totally understand - it’s hard to have a party when your home is a total loss. We have locations that we love to work with suffer extreme damage. We have providers lose chain of supply access. Stay safe out there, and support your community as best you can.
