A not-so-wintry winter WEDNESDAY greets us today. The temperatures out are not quite ideal, but they’re far from freezing! Once you make it over the hump into the evening of your hump day, why not head over to The Kenwood Bar?

KA-CHING! Things will be cozy inside our favorite neighborhood bar as serves up some amazing beverages. will keep things in order. Then our Tampa Bay Dream Team Trivia Night will commence, as the bearded Sir Douglas briefs you on the protocol. Then the questions begin! could win KENWOOD KASH redeemable right at The Kenwood Bar! The GAME is FREE to PLAY and WIN, and $30 in the aforementioned currency in goes to the top-placing team, with $20 and $10 going to the 2nd- and 3rd-place teams, respectively.

Last week, with both an inaugural 2025 win and their team’s first-ever win, it was scoring the photo op with the gorgeous, handcrafted, TBDT Weekly Trivia Champions’ Trophy and $30 in . Recent champs and also Kashed in on some Winners’ Circle Prizes as *JUST* missed the money 💸 , edging out the and some other teams. We look forward to seeing these teams and other returning teams like the and , as well as some for our 2nd 2025 game. We also have high hopes of seeing ! Come on out for some fun!!

And remember, . . . sometimes, even when things are seemingly going wrong, in a weird way they can still be going right. It’s a difficult claim to support, and a really awkward segue as well. It's another WEDNESDAY here in our sleepy little paradise, We love it here. That's why we've been here so long. We mean, we've been here long enough to be at some of our venues for more than a decade. One of those venues is TapHouse 61, and we've been hanging out there on Wednesdays for so long that we don't know if there's a single other thing to do on a Wednesday than play another round of Tampa Bay Dream Team Trivia Night!

BAM! We're back at it again tonight, now that we're fully into the swing of the new year. And our guy Just John will kick everything off at 7:00, just like he has for years. All you have to do is grab a drink from our favorite Central-Avenue bartender, , and answer a few of Johnny's questions. Do that better than all the other teams, and you could be one of the three teams that walks away with a gift card redeemable right there at TapHouse 61. $20 goes to the overall winners.

Last week, with a little wry humor. our winner was . And they snagged the TBDT Weekly Trivia Champions' Trophy. Can they start the year off on a heater and claim a second win in a row? Maybe. Can we get a little MONDAY over here, please? And there it is: Monday. These days we're just glad for another opportunity to get together, and we can all warm up tonight once we get over to The Wheelhouse for another Tampa Bay Dream Team Trivia Night!

Your pal Sir Douglas will be on hand to host our game, which kicks off at 7:30 p.m. You’ve gotta check out our Trivia game at this terrific venue! The food from the kitchen is delicious. The selection of beers is wide. The faces on the nice folks who take care of you are always smiling. Mix in our of to where you can redeemable right there at The Wheelhouse and now you’ve got some fun built into your Monday routine 😉.

Last week, starting out the year in style it was multiple-time 2024 Champs taking first place and grabbing the Tampa Bay Dream Team Weekly Trivia Champions' Trophy🏆. Can they hold onto it for a second week? We’re sure wheel have lots of other teams on hand tonight with their own ideas about where the magnificent hardware gravitates. That trophy comes with a FB Photo Op and a $40 gift card!

And remember, . . . we are grateful to have a wonderful place like The Wheelhouse to host and play Trivia. Wowie, a chilly MONDAY is out there today, people. So remember to bundle up. And maybe bring an extra layer, so you can be fully protected from the elements when you get out to Tampa Bay Dream Team Trivia Night at Cage Brewing!

Whee! It's like an icicle ride down a frozen,... uhh,... icicle thing. But that's cool with us (see what we did there?). The heaters will be on under the bandshell at Cage Brewing so we can enjoy the brew without the brr. And our guys Lee Money and Just John will be there to kick things off at 7:00, as usual. Lee will do a little dance in his seat while he keeps score and plays a tune. Johnny will chuckle at Lee's dance while he asks silly questions. And, at the end of the night, three teams will rise to the top of the standings to win gift-card prizes redeemable right there at Cage Brewing. $30 in CAGE DOLLARS goes to the winning team.

Make sure you check out and any potential partner she might have at the bar and say hey to our pal over at Kraken Joe's Pizza.
