Hey there, MONDAY. It's good to see you decided to make with the warming up a little bit. We were starting to get a little frostbitten around these parts. But that all seems to be in the rear-view, so let's all celebrate the mild weather by getting over to Cage Brewing for another Tampa Bay Dream Team Trivia Night.

Yep! We're gonna have some fun tonight when our guys Lee Money and Just John kick off our game at the usual starting time of 7:00. They'll play a song. They'll ask some questions. All you have to do is show up and start answering those questions. If you do that better than the others, you could be one of the three teams that walks away with a gift-card prize redeemable right there at Cage Brewing. $30 in CAGE DOLLARS goes to our overall winners.

Make sure you grab something to drink from our pal (or maybe or or some other partner) behind the bar. And order up some delicious food from our guy over there at Kraken Joe's Pizza.

Last week, we saw the fellas that call themselves push their current winning streak to three. So they will continue to control the TBDT Weekly Trivia Champions' Trophy as they go for a fourth straight victory. But the challenges will be coming from all over as a bunch of smart teams like , , , , , , , ?, , , , , , and more.

And remember,... you're going to Trivia Night at Cage Brewing tonight. You're certainly not sitting around watching a sixty-five year old movie. And that segue will bring us right up to our of a question and answer for tonight's game. It came in a bit grey, but still dry and in a temperate way on this SUNDAY in the Burg. Love ❤️ is in the air, and nighttime is the right time to head downtown in St. Petersburg for our Tampa Bay Dream Team hosted by Sir Douglas at The Hollander Hotel Downtown St Petersburg. The game is to and , and there are valuable gift certificate prizes you could win. A $50 gift certificate prize goes to the top ranking team! And there are some nifty prizes for second- and third-place as well. The game starts at six o’clock sharp!

Last week, extending a record-setting Winning Streak with a fifth consecutive win, 🏋️‍♀️—who was leading by only a single, solitary point beforehand—came through in the Final Q Round to retain control of the Tampa Bay Dream Team Weekly Trivia Champions’ Trophy🏆. Joining them in the Winners’ Circle, it was 🎢 and 🦫 indulging in the last of the January treats 🎆💥🎇🫘🥦🥐💲. *JUST* missing the money 💸, 🎓 led 🐀🏨. Our current reigning champs are on quite a tear, but there are certain to be quite a few teams present with other ideas in mind for where the Trophy lands. Could be the ones to show that hardware some love ❤️ at the end of the evening?

There are some really fantastic food items on the menu at The Hollander, and among them are some meats and some vegetables. One item not for sale (as far as we know) is a health tonic called “vitameatavegamin”. For some answer points at this evening's contest, remember the name of a 1950s television series that features a saleswoman who, while attempting to promote the product described above, gets intoxicated and struggles to correctly pronounce the product name. The show-in-question is I LOVE LUCY!

Wazzup, WEDNESDAY? Howzit? We are just basking in what seems like a lot warmer weather than we've had in the last couple of weeks. And that's cool with us. (See what we did there?) As long as it's mild like this (and not freezing, but not boiling either), we're gonna be tickled. So let us tickle you (figuratively, unless you're into literal tickling, in which case, we can check with Johnny and see if he's into it) with another Tampa Bay Dream Team at TapHouse 61!

Yep! Our tickler Just John will put on his greatest show ever tonight at 7:00. He'll do it while our pal behind the bar makes with the drinks your love. So answer some questions. Have some drinks. Chuckle a little at Johnny's jokes. And see who wins the three prizes that we give away at the end of the night. There's three gift cards redeemable right there at the ol' TapHouse at stake. The overall winners walk with a nifty $20.

Hey, everyone, it's MONDAY! Things are starting to warm up a little, at least until the next cold snap. You may still need that jacket for the walk back out to the car. Tonight’s Monday Tampa Bay Dream Team at that terrific west-side hangout known as The Wheelhouse is a go!

BOOM! Mondays at The Wheelhouse are a blast! And we're set to keep that going tonight when Sir Douglas kicks off our game off at 7:30 p.m. He’ll be as giddy as a spider spinning daydreams when he asks some questions and plays some tunes. And then he’ll hand out gift cards to three different teams at the end of the game. The overall winners net a tidy $40.

Last week, with a down-to-the-wire, last-minute, one-point victory, scored both their 2nd 2025 win and their 1st 2025 Winning Streak, walking away with the gorgeous hardware known as the Tampa Bay Dream Team Weekly Trivia Champions’ Trophy, the Top Prize, and of course basking in all of the limelight associated with the signature FB Photo. If tonight is anything like these last few January Mondays, there’s sure to be quite a few other teams o’ smarties on hand to make sure that that streak doesn’t get too long! Maybe could start a streak of your own? Come on out tonight to make it so!

And remember, . . . it’s usually pretty exciting when good things start. And starting, or continuing with, a Trivia team can be a good thing that extends over some time. None of that really has much to do with the founding of a university, but—nevertheless—the first state-chartered public university was founded on January 27th in 1785, and knowing that the university-in-question is THE UNIVERSITY OF GEORGIA will guarantee you (provided that you remember it) some answer points at tonight’s contest!
