Happy Tuesday from The Bayou!.....Lots of Louisiana Favorites this week....and today we have a "NEW" item....we'll its not really new for us but it's new to serve as an entree.....Bayou Blackened Chicken(pic).....a simple item we use in our gumbo & Jambalaya.....but it's so good by itself...it was time to serve it!...so stop by for the best basic Chicken dish ever!.....today we also have Shepherd's Pie....Chicken Sausage Jambalaya...and Seafood Gumbo.....all great choices for a cool day!

Ok....back to some routine for many of us this week....except this cold weather(sorry to my northern friends & family for whining)!.......anyway!...we have LOTS of comfort food favorites all week....stop by for authentic Louisiana dishes...all cooked from scratch!.....speaking of from-scratch...we are starting to make our King Cakes....and we will keep up the best we can....we should be ready to fill orders late this week!....
