Chuck, our Executive Chef has been in the St. Petersburg food industry since 1974. In addition to running a catering company for 29 years, he played a critical role for the Fisherman's Inn Restaurants and many fine dining establishments. Chris, our Sous Chef, has grown up in the catering business working in his father's footsteps and has also gained experience cooking in some of the finer local ea

teries such as Bonefish Grill while he attended the Art Institute of Tampa to obtain a culinary arts degree. Today he raises two boys that also aid in the family business. Because we are a 4th generation Gulfcoast fishing family, we translate our passion for fishing into an expertise in seafood dishes which are unparalleled. TRY US ONCE AND YOU'LL BE SATISFIED.
