Chuck, our Executive Chef has been in the St. Petersburg food industry since 1974. In addition to running a catering company for 29 years, he played a critical role for the Fisherman's Inn Restaurants and many fine dining establishments. Chris, our Sous Chef, has grown up in the catering business working in his father's footsteps and has also gained experience cooking in some of the finer local ea

teries such as Bonefish Grill while he attended the Art Institute of Tampa to obtain a culinary arts degree. Today he raises two boys that also aid in the family business. Because we are a 4th generation Gulfcoast fishing family, we translate our passion for fishing into an expertise in seafood dishes which are unparalleled. TRY US ONCE AND YOU'LL BE SATISFIED.

Hey there school families.... We know there is a lot happening right now and some of our schools have lunch tomorrow and some don't.

We will be cancelling all meals for the days/schools there isn't lunch, but it will not be right away.

If you would like to go ahead and cancel your student meals you can do so in your lunch account.

Log in, scroll down to "my orders", find the appropriate order and then click view/cancel. Then cancel your order. Easy peasy!

We're Back!!! The first days of school have been great!

Thank you for your patience as we answered many, many emails. Welcome to all of our new families and thank everyone for ordering your lunches through our program. It really does help the lunchroom run much smoother.
