Nick, your dinner Thursday night was the best culinary experience I’ve had in the Golden Isles. Last night we were at dinner with the 8 guests that were still visiting and a large part of the conversation was about the meal they had been served the night before. My favorites and most everyone else’s was the stuffed trout entree, followed by the apple pie, salad and passed or d’oeuvres. All were outstanding. We loved how you describe each course and one guest was so happy to have the pork option because she does not eat fish. I will never do a party without you. Thanks to Ann for the introduction.
