We love The Cedars Ranch and we are excited about the open house we are planning with our friend Altar Ego Weddings. The Cedars Ranch has such a great property with lots of on site lodging for guests to stay on site. It’s the perfect venue for a Texas Hill Country Wedding Weekend! We once had a consultation with a client for wedding coordination who told to us to "sell" them on why we were worth our fee and they wanted to know know what we do we do if they were the ones booking vendors. Tbh the whole exchange felt unpleasant. It wasn't help me better understand your services, it was why should I even bother. It was kind of a sad conversation.

We can't make you believe that you need to hire a wedding coordinator. If your venue is requiring you to hire one we would hope that you understand that there is a reason for that and not view it as some frustrating useless addition to your day.

The literal dictionary definition of coordination is "the organization of the different elements of a complex body or activity so as to enable them to work together effectively". That's what we do! We take all of the hard work you have put into establishing your vendor team and planning your wedding and we give everyone what they need to work together effectively. We are going to help put all the pieces together! We are going to ask you questions you never would have considered, and we are going to help you plan through details that you didn't even know were a part of the wedding. Different weddings will have different needs, but we are there to do whatever it takes to help create an amazing day that goes smoothly and is enjoyed by you and your guests!
