Was able to help serve around 200+ veterans at the YMCA, Salem Oregon with Community Action: ARCHES Project and Vet Care. It was such a great time to say thank you to them for their service and remember 9/11.

MEET THE CHEF 👨‍🍳

A local you may have heard of a time or two, Matthew Miller is heavily involved in giving back and serving his community through BBQ, business, mentoring, volunteering, and being a board member for multiple local organizations. Starting his BBQ journey in 2022 after a layoff, with $700 and a dream, he is the epitome of hard work, blood, sweat, and tears. Matt has been married to his wife Janita for 10 years. In his free time Matt likes to hang out with friends, play games, and watch movies.

Matt and our team work hard to serve you classic BBQ with a hint of home, for any event big or small. From 20-500 people, formal or casual, you can count on us to take care of your big day, meeting, and other events.

We want to thank all of our CASA volunteers who could join us at our Summertime Volunteer Appreciation Event!

Hosted at the beautiful riverside residence of a CASA supporter, our guests enjoyed frosty beverages and heavy appetizers from !

CASA volunteers donate thousands of hours each year. Our appreciation events are a simple way of saying thank you for all they do on behalf of children in foster care.

We welcome opportunities to host fundraisers or volunteer appreciation events offsite.

Announcement about Miller’s BBQ Food Truck 🔥 With catering, Miller’s BBQ & Cafe in full swing, and the colder season ahead of us, we have made the difficult decision to close the truck at this time. The food truck holds a very special place in our heart. It was such a stepping stone in our journey and this was not an easy decision to make. We will still very much be catering and popping up at events, so make sure you still follow along to see our location schedule. Be sure to also follow Miller’s BBQ & Cafe to see the latest on our exciting new venture. You can still get our incredible menu featuring new items Monday through Friday from 7am - 3pm, and we are currently working on mobile order / delivery services during, and after business hours!
