Today we did a memorial dinner for our dear friend Cyndi in honor of her Mom Susan ( our friend and neighbor)) who lost a valiant battle with the C word. Bourbon and brown surgar glazed ham some pasta, sauce and meatballs and our Green beans and spatzelle plus all the fixins. RIP Susan Tam and I miss you.

Yesterday it was burgers, fries, sausage sandwiches, onion rings and lemon shake ups. Today it’s a 6 meat sandwich charcuterie board with two soups and a salad bar. We are multi capable and a little tired.

Just so y’all know Chef Jason doesn’t give up on a weekend off. Today he worked on a Cheesesteak sandwich tweeked our Elote recipe just a little bit. Archie was ecstatic with the southwest flare on the sandwich and our Elote……….Well you expect anything less.

A rehearsal dinner at Shangrila Lake in Garrettsville. Great Venue for all your events. Josh and McKenna had us do an old fashioned Low Country Boil with Shrimp and added Snow Crab for a twist, we battled weather a little early on but over came it and all went well. Congrats to the Happy Couple
