Thank you Karrin Campf at RKCampf trucking for trusting us to make your holiday party a tasty success. It was a first time serving event for us so hopefully we nailed it for you. Tonight’s menu included appetizers of bruschetta, caprese skewers, candied kielbasa and mozzarella sticks. Dinner included apricot and bacon glazed pork, or lemon pepper chicken with cheesy potatoes, smashed redskins a muffuletta salad and roll. I hope everyone enjoyed the food and the party

For todays company luncheon we went brunch style. French toast casserole, scrambled eggs, potatoes, bacon, sausage and cinnamon rolls. From what I heard before I left it was pretty yummy too 🤣🤤

Todays company luncheon was another new item for them. Teriyaki chicken, egg rolls, fried rice and lo-Mein noodles. Seeing the owners daughter come running in for lunch today made it all worth it! I hope everyone enjoyed 😃

We did it! We made it BIG! Today I received the news that Carla’s Catering was nominated for “Best of the Best” in the catering category! How freaking awesome is that!! Thank you to everyone who has had the faith in me and made this all possible! I will keep everyone updated when voting comes around and how to do so. Again WOOHOO!!

Todays company luncheon was pizza and wings! We did pepperoni, cheese, meat lovers, vegetarian, and sausage with peppers and onions. Also served up potato and macaroni salad! I hope they all enjoy it as much as I enjoyed making the pizzas 🤣❤️🤤😃

This event has been in the works for over a year now thanks to COVID so we’re happy to finally get this done for you. The menu for the party today was BBQ pulled pork, glazed chicken breast, baked beans, Mac and cheese, potato salad, fruit and veggie trays! Whew! I hope everyone enjoyed the food and company
