Here at NAGLY, our focus today and going forward remains on providing the necessary services our North Shore LGBTQ+ youth need to thrive. We will continue to work with our allies at the local, state and federal levels to mitigate potential harms and threats to our community. As we look to the challenges ahead, we remind ourselves that resilience is our strength and resistance is our path.

Regardless of who is in office, NAGLY is committed to continuing our work to create a better tomorrow for future generations of LGBTQ+ people.

As previously shared, NAGLY will host open drop-in hours from 3-6pm each evening for the remainder of this week for any NAGLY youth and families who need a place to share, process, and just be. Professional mental health support will be available.

🎫Tickets to enter are $10 per person or $35 per family and we have a jam-packed day of events for you to enjoy!!

🎸The band will be starting at noon, and that is when our incredible food & drink vendors will be open for business too!

🤸‍♀️🤸For the kids we have tons of FREE activities in including Face Painting, Toy Making, and Tie Dye!

Don't forget about our K9 Demonstration with the Essex County Sherriff Department at 2 PM!

🐾For the dogs not only do we have lots of vendors, and hydration station, but also a dog agility course provided by Fit N Trim Dog Sports, and an off-leash dog area to romp and play with friends (or littermates!)

We will also have corn hole, and lots of seating to hang out and spend the day. Don't be afraid to bring a blanket, or your own chairs to relax on this gorgeous day!

Haunted Happenings Grand Parade - Tonight!!!

Road Closures in Effect

The Haunted Happenings Grand Opening Parade kicks off today at 6:30pm! Rain or shine, we hope you’ll come out and celebrate as Salem officially launches the Halloween season.

Please note: parking bans start at 4:00pm along the parade route, and streets will be closed from 6:00pm to around 9:30pm. Washington Square South will be closed at Washington Square West beginning at 7:00am.

The parade will start at Shetland Park, then proceed to Congress Street, Derby Street, Central Street, and Front Street. It will continue down Washington Street, Essex Street, and wrap up at Salem Common.
