Hey there! We are beyond excited to have you join us for the Haleys Heroes Foundation 5th Annual Run for the Rare this Sunday! We want to make sure you have all the important details before the big day:

- Get pumped because you can grab your Run packet early this Saturday, June 8 at Gallagher Fitness Resources, located at 135 Commercial St NE, from 2:00 pm -4:45 pm.

- Can’t make it on Saturday? No problem! Swing by the Riverfront Park North Pavilion starting at 9 AM on Sunday to pick up your packet before the Run kicks off.

- Don't miss out on the fun at the Photo Booth! It will be available to all participants from 10 AM to 1 PM, and everyone in your photo will receive a complimentary print.

- And the excitement doesn't stop there! In addition to your awesome T-shirt, you'll find two fantastic coupons in your Run packet: one for a complimentary Pasta Bowl from our food truck, Pasta Boss, and the other for a free ice cream from the On Any Sundae ice cream truck. Both trucks will be on site and available to all Run participants from 10 AM to 1 PM.

In 2024, Run for the Rare is moving to June 9th. This is International Batten Awareness Day! We are excited to run/walk and fundraise in warmer weather!

Haley’s Heroes Foundation presents RUN FOR THE RARE, a 5k or 1 mile run or walk to support Rare Disease awareness. Did you know that Rare is everywhere? So, let’s run or walk everywhere! Join us as we run or walk to celebrate National Rare Disease Day. Run for the Rare will take place on Sunday, June 9th. 1 in 10 people have a rare disease and 50% of those are children. There are more than 7000 known rare diseases and an estimated 350 million people globally diagnosed with a rare disease. YET, 95% of all rare diseases don’t have a FDA approved treatment or cure. Let’s run to change the course of the lives for all those with rare disease.
