"I'm amazed that we've come as far as we have. Starting out our first year as a 1 day festival outside an Elks lodge, touring and hoping to do it at a local ski mountain, only to be turned down, and ultimately finding the Irwin Farm. ... But the first year at Irwin Farm, we held it the last weekend of September. I remember getting to my tent at 3am and the entire tent was coated in ice, it was insanely cold. The Blind Owl Band played on a military truck at 1am at about 28 degrees. So we moved it to the second weekend in September, which is a much nicer temperature. 

My favorite aspect of the Throwdown is how family friendly it has become. I think that some of that has happened naturally because of our age, but also it has become more welcoming to families with children because of the consistently friendly and responsible crowds. There's more children than ever now, and that, to me, says a lot about a festival. We still have a ripping good time, still bring the rock and the noise, but everyone can enjoy it and feel comfortable there.  

My favorite song I've ever heard at the Throwdown is still the Motorhead "Ace Of Spades" cover by Saints and Liars."

**We also have Luke to thank for all the incredible artwork he's made for the festival over the years! The poster and merch designs are made by him. The painted signs throughout the farm, printed physical tickets, all thanks to Luke's many talents.

10 years of the Throwdown. That's a lot of time that has passed, a lot of people that have enjoyed the farm, a lot of incredible music played on the stage, and countless great memories made. Over the next few weeks we'll be hearing from the EBJ guys and some other members of the Throwdown family about the moments that stand out most to them.

Here's the lineup for the 2025 Eastbound Throwdown! We're so excited to bring all these great acts together on Irwin Farm this September. As always we have a good mix of bands you know and love and a handful of new ones we think you'll really enjoy! Saturday day passes are also now on sale, visit the ticket link at eastboundthrowdown.com for more info and to see the daily lineup. Get your tickets, rally your friends and family to join you and we'll see ya in the hill in a few short months! Thank you to every band that has ever played the Throwdown stage and every person that's ever bought a ticket. We love this music community so much and this little festival wouldn't be going strong after 10 years without all of you!

We think this lineup is a real fun one and we can't wait to share it with you! Not only will the lineup be announced on Friday, but Saturday day passes will go on sale too! Gates open at 10am on Saturday with music starting at 11 so even if you can't make the whole weekend, you still get a long full day of music on the farm! Got little ones that want to try their first festival but don't want to jump into camping the whole weekend? A Saturday pass is a great option! Every year we see more families coming to the farm on Saturday and we love to see the new generation of music fans enjoying themselves! Remember kids 15 and under get in for free.

* Saturday passes do not include camping. There are no day passes for Friday.

We're happy to share this year's artwork and announce that tickets go on sale for the Throwdown FRIDAY 4/4 AT NOON! We're really excited to celebrate 10 years of the Throwdown (hopefully with YOU!) on Irwin Farm Sept. 5th & 6th. Weekend passes with camping included for $90 will be available Friday along with a limited amount of RV passes (they sell out real quick!). Saturday only passes will go on sale in a couple months when the full lineup is released. As always, you can expect a set from EBJ both nights! If you're as excited as we are, share this post so we can spread the word and fill the hill this year!

🗓️SAVE THE DATE! We recently came out of hibernation for our first Throwdown planning meeting of the year. Happy to say we are back on Irwin Farm on September 5th & 6th this year! We hope you can join us for the 10th anniversary of this little festival! Tickets will be on sale in April, so be on the lookout for another announcement then. We'll get back to getting this lineup ready for you in the meantime. We'll see ya in Salem in 207 days!
