Kerrie and Manny look like they stepped out of a painting. 😍 We only had a few minutes to take portraits and I was determined to shoot in the very dark coat room seen in the second picture because it just had such a cool vibe. On our way to that room, I saw a window that gave us just the perfect "kiss" of light. I really enjoyed capturing this amazing wedding at The Tower in Boston. I can’t wait to share more!

Allison and Michael's day was magical. Somehow we were able to sneak in the ceremony before the buckets of rain. A day after, I received the cutest email from the Mother of the Bride. It just makes me feel so good knowing that I capture these special moments for my clients.

The last time I attended a photography workshop was in Brooklyn, February 2020, just before the world shut-down. This week, I returned to Brooklyn, to learn from Esteban Gil of the Steel & Flint Society. I’ve never been so intimidated in my life but wow I’m so happy to have been there. Meeting and learning from and some amazing photographers was such a gift. I’m truly inspired and very excited to share and work on things that I’ve learned from this workshop. To my fellow photographers, if you’re looking for a very technical and hands-on workshop, this is the way (😉 for my Mando fans).

You guys! I cannot believe that this is my third year in a row and fourth time receiving The Knot's Best of Weddings award. Since I’ve received 4 awards, I am now in the Hall of Fame! I'm speechless and so honored because The Knot's Best of Weddings award is based on client feedback. When the mother of the bride introduces me to these lovely ladies and says "They're practically like [the bride's] sisters." Then one of them responds, "Except that I'm actually her sister mom." 🤣 This is why I love interacting with guests. These funny moments make the best photographs.

Sometimes the look right after the first kiss is even better. These two got married yesterday on Boston's waterfront in the Seaport district. It was a perfect fall evening for a wedding. Congrats Kerry & Evan! I'm so happy for you.

It's easy to see why Tianli and Andy fell in love with their venue. The Waterworks Museum in Chestnut Hill is one of the most unique venues I've had the privilege to capture. Thanks for including me and congratulations you two.

Yesterday I had the opportunity to capture Sue and Jim's wedding at Rockport's Shalin Liu Performance Center. The weather was not optimal but it didn't matter since this venue makes you feel like you're outdoors near the ocean even though you're sitting nice and warm indoors. Such a beautiful venue to get married in and to also catch a show. If you ever find yourself in Rockport, Massachusetts I highly recommend a visit.

This happy couple got married today. It was a crazy busy day for September in Salem but the weather was perfect for Katelyn and Kevin's wedding. Kevin told me he doesn't know how to smile but I disagree. 😁 Congratulations you two!
