The Animal Shelter Society has donated 47 bales of straw since October of 2024 to cat/dog owners/caregivers. We have put a dozen bales in our parking lot under a tarp this evening. If you have a need for straw to keep your felines/outside dogs warm - please feel free to stop by and get a bale if after customer service hours. Please only take just want you need to provide for your animals & make sure to put the tarp back over it. If you only have a couple felines outside in boxes - please split the bale so we have enough for others. We have a wonderful donor/supporter that will be checking in with us Tuesday to see what our need is at that time. If you are in need of food - stop by during our regular customer service hours. We will do all we can to help the animals. We do wish that if you are able to take in any of your animals in during this serious cold weather to do so. 🐾♥️

Ring in the New Year at Quaker Hall! Buffet from 7-9pm plus tunes from Da Drunkin Bumpkins from 9-12am only $20!
If you don't feel like eating and just want to hear a great band it’s only $10 from 9-12am. If you're looking for laid back and relaxing this is the place for you! Pay at the door. No reservations or tickets needed.

Buffet menu: Pork & sauerkraut, rigatoni & meatballs, baked ham, petite potatoes, pinwheels, sausage wrapped in bacon, salad & dinner rolls.

Join us for a fun evening of Bingo tonight at the Quaker Hall in Salem. Doors open at 4pm. Regular bingo starts at 5:30pm . New ticket games will be played. Hogan's Baking Co of Columbiana is providing yummy cookies. There will also be free raffles for gift card and wreath as well. We can't wait to see you!

Update!!!!! Arlo is in a great foster to adopt home!!! Thank you to everyone who reached out to save this boy!

Arlo is in house this morning and we need an emergency foster for him asap! He is kid cat and dog friendly. House trained. He is about 50 lbs, 1 yr old, up to date on vaccines, and neutered. Very friendly!!! 234-575-7177, please help us help him!
