Trusting my institution, not following the same rules every day... Slowly, we shed the cocoon we have created and learn to believe there is light at the end of the tunnel.
We gradually break free from the monotony and embrace the possibility of a brighter future. Make sure you eat healthy and sustainable low carb does not mean you will get the results you want. My macros are 145 grams of protein, 40 grams of fat, and 200 of carbs. I am not looking to loose weight but to build muscle. Everyone's goals are different!

With my spirits down I received a phone call from Linda the mother of bride from another wedding at the Perry House in Monterey from this weekend: I am literally in tiers because God knows I needed to hear that I am in the correct place. ❤️‍🩹

Dear friends I have not ask for donations in the past but this one is really hitting my son personally, his friend's little sister was diagnosed with cancer on her birthday and my son is on a mission to help her as much as he can. He asked me to ask you all to help the family as they start to figure out the process of taking care of bills and spending time with their sick baby.
