Choose from one of our SUPER FUN themes and our team will take care of the rest! We provide set-up and styling, party add-ons (balloon décor, pillowcase decorating kits, spa kits and candy bars) as well as next day take-down once the FUN is done! SO EASY!
We cater for boys and girls sleepover parties, ages 6-15. Our party theme packages are available for rent throughout Saline and the surrounding Ann Arbor area.

Packages
What bedding is included in my package?
Each tent comes with a comfortable air-mattress, a fitted sheet and throw pillows. Throw pillows are not recommended for sleeping. Guests will need to bring their own pillows & sleeping bags/blankets.
Additional Options
Can you host the party?
We don’t stay and host the party, but we ensure everything is set up just as you need it. We offer a number of party add-ons to add to the fun. Contact us for details.
How do we order an add-on?
Give us a call or email and we will provide you with the details and a price for the quantity required.
Delivery
Do you charge a delivery fee?
Delivery, set-up and take-down is included in the package price for customers living in Saline and the surrounding Ann Arbor area.
Delivery outside of our set area will require an additional delivery fee. Please contact us directly for a quote.
How long is the rental period of the tent package?
Our regular set up day is on a Friday or a Saturday (times vary) and we pack up and collect on the following day (10:00am-12:00pm) Times to be arranged directly with each customer.
If you require different day, set up or delivery time, please contact us.
Set-up
How much space in the room is required for the tents?
Each tent requires 52” in width and 49” in length. A standard 4 tent set up fits great in approximately 160 square feet (16’ x 10’). Tents can be configured multiple ways to fit a room. We can advise you on the best set up for your space and required amount of tents. A photo of space or room square footage is helpful to have on hand while booking.
Do you have a minimum number of tents that can be rented?
Our minimum set up is 2 tents. We can set up to 6 tents. If more tents are needed please let us know and allow at least 4 weeks prior to party date.
*Please allow 2 weeks prior to your party weekend to guarantee enough tents to host your child’s guests. We may book multiple parties in one weekend.
Do you set up the tents?
How should do we prepare the room for set-up?
Yes, we deliver and set-up everything required to host a Kamp Night Co. party. We make it very easy for you!
It’s best if the room has a clean, clear floor space prior to delivery to ensure a quick and easy set-up. Most set-ups work well with the main furnishings moved to the outer walls of the room. We can advise you on the best set-up for your space.
What do we do if something goes missing or accidentally gets damaged?
Normal wear is expected, ie…smudge/small stain marks on sheets and/or trays, etc. Excessive wear and tear is NOT expected, ie…rips, tears, cracks and/or deep scratches, etc. We understand that sometimes accidents happen and have listed our replacement cost for some of the items in our contract. Any excessive damage will be analyzed during take-down and is up to the discretion of a Kamp Night Co. representative.
Can the teepees be set up outdoors?
As of now we do not set up our tents outdoors. Michigan weather is a little unpredictable and our tents are not weatherproof.
Booking, Payment & Cancellations
How do we book a Kamp Night Co. party?
We’d love to talk with you, so feel free to call 734-668-6092 to discuss your requirements and date availability.
You can also send us an online inquiry at [email protected]. Please include you name, party date & time, as well as the quantity of tents needed and your desired theme.
*Custom themes may be requested and may incur additional charges.
What is required to secure my booking?
Your booking will be confirmed with an online invoice email. A deposit of $100 is required to secure your date. A contract listing your booking details will be delivered the day of your set up and will require your signature prior to leaving items.
When is the balance of payment due?
You will be required to pay the balance one week before your party.
What type of payment do you accept?
We accept credit card payment via Intuit/Quickbooks online invoicing or Cash.
Do I need to wash the linen before it is collected?
No, we sanitize and wash all the bedding using hypoallergenic laundry detergent so it’s soft and fresh for the next guests.
Do you have a cancellation policy?
If you cancel ONE week or less from the party date, you will forfeit your paid deposit.
