We have the privilege of helping GQ Civtians with their Annual Granite Quarry Fiddlers Convention Fundraiser. Had a blast cooking and making new friends. Even got to listen to a little Bluegrass.

Been a busy few days. Had the opportunity to cater for China Grove elementary and our annual cooking for Memorial Day. Have another event next week Thank you to all that ordered and helped me out with the events. Even got to cook on a Southern Pride Smoker. If you know, you know. Maybe one day I can have one.
