Made homemade prime rib, roasted garlic mashed potatoes, roasted asparagus, and homemade yeast rolls last weekend. By far the best prime rib and the best steak I’ve ever had.

******UPDATE******
We are sold out of chicken, ribs, and bologna!
Still waiting to package the Pulled Pork up, but it looks like we will be sold out of that too! Thank you to everyone who ordered and continues to support us!

As of right now, I have 2 racks of ribs left. $30 per rack and 4 chicken halves. 2 for $15 or all 4 for $25. I will post an update tomorrow on how much bbq I have left tomorrow. BBQ will be $10 per pound.

For everyone who ordered BBQ, don’t forget payments are due tonight by 11pm unless you have reached out to me personally about payment arrangements! Thank you. This has also been the best sell yet and we thank everyone for supporting us! As we enter the colder months, we may do some simple plate sells. And come the new year, we will be doing plate sells for my Daughters Cheer team! All proceeds from those sells will be donated to her cheer team!

Since we have been away for a little while busy with family life, we have decided to do a little bulk sale with some family packs! This will be a pre-order sale only! We take Apple Pay, Venmo, CashApp, and we are able to send a link to pay by card. We will except cash payment from Customers that have ordered before. Pickup will be in Salisbury off US 601 Hwy near the Barn Dance. Pickup will be Saturday October 12th between 2-4pm, all orders and payments are due by Thursday October 10th by 11pm.

We will post any extra food left over the day of pickup.

Delivery can be arranged for any orders from 911, FD, EMS or Law Enforcement personnel on duty.

We are still taking orders for this Saturday! Let us cook for you so you don’t have to! Pickup will be in Salisbury. And we will deliver to anyone on shift with 911, Fire Depts, EMS, Sheriff and PD In Rowan, Davie, Davidson, and Cabarrus County free of charge. Orders are due Thursday June 20 by 11pm. Pickup Address will be provided at time of order.

The time has come! We are doing another plate sell. FINALLY! We have been extremely busy, but happy to fill your belly. We are keeping the menu the same, minus the sampler and brisket, BECAUSE……..we are introducing Smoke Bologna! It will be a 5 pound (before smoked) whole log of bologna. It will be dusted in our rub and smoked until perfection. Orders are due by Thursday, June 20th at 11pm. Pickup will be in Salisbury on Saturday, June 22nd between 2-4pm. Address will be given at time of order.

As some of you know, my full time occupation is a 911 Telecommunicator/Dispatcher & a partime/volunteer firefighter. Part of that is dispatching for Lexington Fire Department where I have 2 very, very close friends, that I consider brothers, that were on Ronnie’s shift and one of them was his driver. Please keep the family of Captain Ronnie Metcalf, the Lexington FD family, my 911 family, DCEMS, LPD, and all the others that knew him and was involved that night in your prayers. If you can help out the Metcalf family in anyway, please donate to them. I will post a link in the comments section.

Weather is warming up, so you know what that’s means. Time to fire up the smoker and eat dinner outside! We are having another plate sale this week, and pickup will be on Saturday March 23rd between 2-4pm at our house in Salisbury. We have decided to start swapping out some specialty plates, every month. This month we are featuring our Pull Pork Spud. Enjoy supper outside this Saturday, without having to cook! We will deliver after 445pm to local Fire & EMS stations, and 911 center. And we will coordinate delivery time. All orders will need to be placed by Thursday at 11pm.
