BBQ potatoes! Awwww yeah!
I start by smoking the spuds on Big Bertha, she's my smoker.. Then we build the spuds starting with a healthy amount of butter, smoked provolone on one side and cheddar on the other. Then for the grilled onions to cover the 2 cheeses. Then you get our pulled pork over the provolone and our brisket over the cheddar. Then comes our homemade BBQ sauce. Then comes some raw red onions followed by a plop of sour cream and it's finished with green onions on top. Yum yum, come get ya sum!
