Integration Series to process previous psychedelic medicine experiences - weekly group begins Wednesday April 10th.
This series draws from the work of Bill Plotkin's Nature and the Human Soul. Using Plotkin's soulcentric model of development we explore the four seasons, the four directions, and their associated archetypes.
Experience a life cycle over a 6 week span, in the safe container of a facilitated group which incorporates many of the common elements of integration:
• Community engagement
• Psychoanalytical process
• Motion / Somatic practice
• Meditation (guided, breath, silent)
• Creative exploration (journaling, art, music)
• Multi-sensory practices (engaging sight, touch, sound)
Be nurtured by a framework providing a rich environment to explore, make meaning out of medicine experiences, and further integrate the lessons humbly received through non-ordinary states of consciousness.
Individuals who are seeking to prepare for a first time medicine experience or who are processing transformational happenings related to altered states of consciousness such as breathwork, near death experiences or other intense or transitional events are also welcome.
Session Dates: 6:30 - 9 PM April 10, 17, May 1, 8, 15, 22. Closing social May 29 (no class April 24).
Led by Sunné East and Christian Snuffer. Held at The Local Co-Op.
With a focus on integrating transformational life events and medicine related experiences, it's a unique opportunity to connect with like-minded people, further self discovery and clarify one's purpose.
Tiered Pricing Available $525 | $305

TRE Training Salt Lake City 2024/25
The Local Co-Op will be hosting a Global TRE Provider Certification Training beginning this summer. The program consists of three in-person weekends, supervised personal/individual/group sessions, peer swaps, and ongoing virtual support led by senior trainer Maria Alfaro.
TRE® (Tension and Trauma Releasing Exercises) is a stress reducing practice based around exercises that tone the body to allow for a release of muscular patterns of tension by inducing a gentle state of physical vibration.
Many who engage TRE report an experience of higher levels of resilience, vitality, peace, and connection with self.
The first module (June 29 & 30) introduces the anatomy, neurology, physiology and psychology of stress and trauma as it relates to TRE and the tremoring process. Participants learn about the latest research on the nervous system and also containment, grounding and self-regulating strategies. This is an experiential training with a strong focus on the trainee's personal tremoring experience.
Module 2 (Sept 28 & 29) is only open to those who are enrolled in the TRE certification program to become TRE Providers. In the second module participants deepen their knowledge and experience of TRE and their facilitation skills, they learn about modifications, transference and countertransference and about the role of fascia in the TRE process. They also begin to facilitate the TRE process for each other under supervision. This is an experiential training with a strong focus on how to share TRE with an individual client.
In the third module (Jan 25 & 26) trainees broaden their understanding of the nervous system in relationship to TRE, they practice self and no-touch interventions and they learn about individual and group dynamics. They also begin to facilitate TRE for each other in small groups under supervision. This is an experiential training with a strong focus on how to share TRE in a group setting.
Massage therapists and bodyworkers who complete the program receive 30 EUs nationally. LMFTs, LPCCs and/or LEPs in California receive 55 CEUs.

Note: Module 1 is open to the public and it can be taken as a personal exploration by anyone who is interested in a deeper immersion in the tremor mechanism.
