Gulp, just sent this to my clients. Figured it might be pertinent here too!

For those of you that haven’t heard…2024 is my LAST YEAR PHOTOGRAPHING FAMILIES! It’s a bitter-sweet transition I’ll be making as I focus my efforts elsewhere in my photography business (and other company I’m starting—ahhhh so scary/exciting!) and I will miss all of you so much! Some of you I’ve worked with for 18+ years and I’ve watched you and yours grow up! I know it’s time to make some room in my schedule for other things but man oh man…this is a tough one. Each session truly has been a treasured memory for me and I’m so grateful for the connections I’ve made with each of you! THANK YOU.

I’ve updated my website to reflect what dates I have left to book for family sessions this year. I would love to see you if it makes sense for ya’ll to have one final session with me! I don’t have many dates to choose from (lame, I know!) because I’m having 2 major surgeries and I’m getting married this year! I’m hoping I’ve added enough options to my calendar that gives everyone a chance to schedule. If you want to book but don’t see a date on the calendar that works for your family, please reach out! I really want to be as accommodating as possible!

I love love love you all and am so grateful for your support over the years. So many of you have kept food on my table and love in my heart when we’ve authentically connected at photo shoots. Being overbooked is a pretty darn good problem to have and I am forever thankful.

(to clarify what that means: Your session can take place any time in 2023 but you have to book it before September 5th) If you want family pictures before 2024, now is the time to get on my calendar! *I'm doing this to preserve my sanity during the holidays--I over book myself every year and I'm hoping to avoid that this year!
