Chartreuse, lime, avocado... not sure what shade of green Chimichurri is but we are green with envy for the flavorful meat addition! Benjamin Moore offers a paint color named "Chimichurri", so I guess they've got that covered for us! Next time you see it on a menu, give it a try!
