From neatly wrapping the extra length of the white ratchets to spot cleaning the canopy by hand after setup, we took pride in offering our most formal setup yet. We provided a 20x40 pole canopy with cathedral windows and sleek white seating for 56. This gorgeous canopy is already booking dates in 2025 🤍🤍

Congrats to Mr. & Mrs. Mckibben on their Labor Day weekend nuptials 🥂🤍 thank you so much for booking with us for your big day

🤍🤍 we worked late on this big setup after our day jobs Friday. Featured is our 20x40 pole canopy tent and our 2 10x20 pop up canopies. The McKibbens requested we leave the sidewalls off to allow air to flow. We learned a ton and put a lot of hard manual labor into this one. We took notes and plan to add some equipment to make setup and take down quicker and more efficient. Everything held up beautifully in this weekend’s unpredictable weather. Overall this was a huge success for our first setup of this size 🤍🤍

Due to weather and being under the weather this took us a bit longer than planned. We did a practice run on our 20x40 pole tent tonight! Did it go perfect? A touch short of it but we want to share our setups with you all even when it’s a work in progress. We learned the ins and outs today of this gorgeous pole canopy and we’ll be practicing the rest of June. We feel confident enough to open bookings for any event dates from July 1st on‼️

⚡️⛈️The Quarry reserves the right to cancel ANY rental agreement due to safety concerns caused by inclement weather⛈️⚡️

We NEVER want to cancel on you if we can help it however, YOUR SAFETY is our TOP PRIORITY

OUR CANOPY TENTS:
⛺️ ARE non-permanent structures meant for mild weather conditions➡️ light rain, snow flurries, direct sunlight
⛺️ ARE NOT brick and mortar structures equipped for extreme weather➡️ heavy rain, thunderstorms, lightning, high winds, cumulative snow & ice

⚡️in the event of unexpected inclement weather while canopy is in use it is the responsibility of the renter to evacuate the canopy and collapse it to the lowest setting safety allows⚡️

DON’T WORRY: we won’t let weather take you for a spin 🌪️ any booking we deem necessary to cancel due to weather will receive a full refund of any transactions made prior to cancellation 🌪️
