Hi, I am Valarie! Welcome to On A Platter! After over 25 years of being in all aspect of the food and beverage and event industry, from behind the scenes to planning, I have finally decided to branch out on my own. It is with a little nudge from family and friends that this is happening. I am excited to start this journey and I truly love creating these platters for occasions.
I am new to the would of reels and such a rookie with social media as a platform so this should be interesting and maybe at times comical. Stay tuned for more pictures of my work.
